>> THE PREMISE

You're running a magazine out of your basement. One writer. Zero subscribers. Stories flow left to right across a Kanban board: Research, Brief, Create, Edit, Published. If you've ever used Trello, the mechanic clicks instantly. If you haven't, you'll learn it in 60 seconds.

Every published piece earns money and XP. Every dollar feeds the operation. Hit $300K in revenue and you've shipped a Volume.

Then you start over. But you keep permanent legacy upgrades that pull your strategy in different directions. Revenue Boost or Inflation Shield. Quality Floor or Fast Learners. There's no correct build order. Each Volume is faster and deeper than the last.

One more volume. Always, one more volume.
