Common Questions

My progress disappeared. What do I do?

Make sure iCloud is enabled for The Completionist in your device settings (Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud). If you recently switched devices, give iCloud a few minutes to sync. If the issue persists, email us and we'll help recover your save.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the game and tap [RESTORE PURCHASES] on the title screen. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

The game is running slowly. Any tips?

Try closing other apps and restarting the game. The Completionist is optimized for iPhone and iPad, but performance can be affected if your device is low on storage or running many background apps.

Can I play on multiple devices?

Yes. With iCloud enabled, your save syncs across all your iOS devices automatically. Start on your iPhone, continue on your iPad.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email support@frostypop.com with:

  • What happened
  • What you expected to happen
  • A screenshot (if possible)
  • Your device model and iOS version
